Ethical & Precise Selection

We source only high-density, specialty-grade Arabica beans scoring 85+ points. Grown at high altitudes (1,500m - 2,200m) in mineral-rich volcanic soil, each cherry is hand-harvested by local farmers and strictly sorted to guarantee zero defects. We select beans with distinct cup profiles, ensuring transparency and fair-trade equity at every step.

Frequently Asked

Specialty coffee is graded 80 points or above on a 100-point scale by certified Q-graders. It is grown in ideal microclimates, harvested meticulously by hand at peak ripeness, and sourced through transparent, fair-trade relationships that value sensory quality over mass-market volume.

We recommend keeping your coffee in its original packaging. Our bags are equipped with a one-way degassing valve and an airtight zipper. Store them in a cool, dark place (like a pantry) away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture. Never freeze or refrigerate your beans!

To preserve the intricate volatile aromatics, we ship all our micro-lots as whole beans. Coffee begins to oxidize within minutes of grinding. For the ultimate sensory experience, we recommend grinding fresh with a burr grinder right before brewing.

We roast every Tuesday and Thursday. Orders placed before midnight on Monday will roast on Tuesday and ship on Wednesday. All orders are shipped via express courier with real-time tracking, ensuring you receive your coffee at peak development.
